This is the first security service I have used and the experience was terrible. Their hardware was installed when we moved in so I thought it would make sense to use them. When they activated my system, they had my wife sign a contract that they said I had agreed to. It was a contract for 5 years of service. This might have made sense if they had given us free hardware. When I confronted them about this on the phone they said they would do whatever it took to ensure that I would pay for all 5 years.
Since then they have done everything they could do avoid responding to any of our inquiries, or helping us with any of our concerns.
Please do yourself a favor and find a different company to use.
