My Jeep was recently struck by a drunk driver while parked in front of my house. It was in great shape previously, but an older model (2000 Cherokee) that I had completelly paid off. Needless to say, I was pretty worried about the damage that was done and the chance that it would get totalled just because it was older. All I can say is A-Z put my mind completely at ease! From the moment I talked to them, I knew everything was going to be ok. They took it upon themselves to not only make sure my vehicle was fixed right, but make sure that I got what I wanted most; my vehicle back in pre-crash shape. I got all that and more! My Jeep actually handles better than it has in years! Best of all, they didn't just push me through an assembly line of repairs, but were eager to start a relationship not only with me, but with my vehicle. Top-notch work and top-notch customer service from people that care about your needs and concerns along the way. I've been looking for a great mechanic in the Boston area, and now that I've been to A-Z, I won't be going anywhere else!!!
Pros: Top-Notch Repairs, Top-Notch Customer Service, Compassionate and Friendly Staff
Cons: None - they deserve all of the praise that they get!
