Review content:
My husband had to rent a car while his car was being worked on. Enterprise told him that they would bring him a vehicle at the Advance Collision when he dropped off his for repair. To begin with, the Enterprise agent was late. The car that he was given was missing parts. One being the rear hub caps. Hello!!! Who gives a person a car with no rear hub caps. On top of that there were dents and scratches. When my husband called back to say that he wanted a different vehicle, for some reason all the vehicles in Chattanooga and Dalton were all being used. How ironic? The point of the story do not use Enterprise for rental car service.

Cons: Horrible service and horrible cars
