I can not say enough about the employees that work at the Civic Center, I am a new resident to Sgate, and I went there to register my son into your ice hockey program, and to get information about it. Your employees could not have been more helpful, I should say employee at the time, the poor girl was working by herself, and she had to take care of the phones, and my needs and the others that were in line behind me, and they were not being as patient as I was. But this wonderful women could not have been more patient, she made me feel like I was the only person she had to take care of. You don't find that kind of customer service in too many places anymore, and I just wanted the city to know that they have some wonderful employees. I think her name was Grace. She really deserves a pat on the back for making your city look good, and welcoming. I was telling some of my newly made friends that if they have to go to the civic center to make sure they get Grace. Thank you so much for listening to me go on, but I believe when you get good service it should be awarded.
