We had a contract with this company in 2010 to do a high end gutter job on a historic mansion in Everrett.
The quality of the roofing job was mediocre at best, but looks fine from the ground. The lines are more or less straight...But, most of the roofing overhangs were excessive and all of the corners had to be cut back to accomodate the new gutters.
The customer was a jerk, but Bruce intentionally wasted my time with excuses and lies in order to run out the clock on the lein process. It cost us over $2000, time, and stress just to learn that , here in Washington state, a lein must be filed within 90 days of substancial job completion.
The owner of Bruce's roofing is not someone I would ever give money to. I highly recomendhiring a different roofing company. Perhaps one with ethics...
