Hosoonyi is the best Korean restaurant I've been to so far in Seattle. Mom and Dad Cho also gave their stamp of approval - and they know their Korean food! :) Hosoonyi specializes in more traditional homestyle dishes like tofu hotpot soups and miso stews, but they serve the crowd-pleasing BBQ and bibimbop rice dishes as well. Definitely try the seafood pancake as an appetizer for the table. Service can be spotty when it gets crowded but never rude/unfriendly. Coupla tips - prepare to wait in line on weekend evenings and if you can, sit at a table with chairs vs. sitting on the floor for the most comfortable experience.
