my family has been going to ken's tires for years, and he is absolutely the nicest guy i know; when my tire exploded getting onto the on ramp he had one of his workers tow me with no cost to me and then replaced my tire for free, and if you tell him you are not going to be able to make a payment to him he will trust you and allow you to pay hi back when you have the proper funds, yes i agree my car took awhile to get repaired, but that was because of the ridiculous ammount of people were dropping off thier cars, he has a new location now and many great workers so the wait is no longer a problem at all.
