I have been a lifetime Ford owner and have purchased a new vehicle for me or my wife/children aprox every two years. Lack of inventory at the two local dealers in my area prompted me to search other dealers. We took the trip and were surprised to find the exact 2012 Mustang convertible my wife was looking for. I also saw a 2012 F350 dually Super Duty that made me consider a new truck as well as the car. We went home to gain more knowledge of both vehicles and research pricing, options, etc. I contacted Brandon Ford new sales and spoke to Jeff Clark regarding the two vehicles we saw and were sad to learn both had already been sold. Jeff asked us for the opportunity to look around for similar vehicles within Fla. We drove the hour to Brandon Ford to discuss a factory order and were shown the avail trucks on site. We were very impressed with the professional and knowlegeable staff that worked with us. We were treated with respect and felt as a valuable customer even though it was our first experience with this dealer. We ordered a 2012 GT Convertible Mustang in Grabber Blue and drove away with a 2012 F350 Super Duty Lariat Dually the same day. I will switch my buying loyalty to Brandon Ford and will request to have Jeff Clark as our sales associate. Good Job fellas and Thank You.
