I was told when making this appointment that a parent needed to stay with a teen under 18. When my daughter and I arrived, they would not take her at all (despite that we had been in to Glen Ivy many times together before). Glen Ivy completely disregarded the fact that we had followed their directions when making our appointment and then driven across town for the spa. No consideration was given, and they were rude about their "new policy" and made no restitution what so ever. They have lost 2 clients for good. I can not recommend them after waiting 20 minutes on the phone to make an appointment, spending 15 minutes in the car, and then getting turned away! No spa is worth that irritation.
