Their staff is rude and condescending. Rather than give you personal assistance and facilitate your visit she lectures you as too why you should arrive earlier for your services. Then when I checked out I was trying to figure out if I had enough cash or pay with a credit card and the cashier must have asked me 4 times if I wanted to include the gratuity which I thought was rude and desperate because I still had not determined my form of payment. My last two visits were NOT pleasant and don't plan on returning nor recommending this spa location.
