Mike has a friendly and trustworthy vibe, and I trust him and his techs to do quality work and use quality products. I'm glad to see you guys have recently added a new customer bathroom, new landscaping, and Keurig single-serve coffee. Thanks Jackie for the personal attention and ride home and pick while my Jeep was repaired. She always explains the estimate of work needed, and the list of preventative maintenance items I can add. No pressure, just explanations. They guarantee their work, and provide a voucher for free towing for 90 days after the service date. Thanks! [Jake]
