Doug and Frank were very helpfull in accomodating my needs. They had me in and out within 30 minutes and I had no appointment. They changed oil and checked on some other concerns I had about the vehicle. The waiting room is excellent, they have free wireless available, so I was able to get work done while I waited. Overall, great experience with Douglas Automotive and I have already referred them to others. Thank you, Mick Meyer.
