If your looking for jeweler with a professional and knowledgeable staff, your first stop should be Diamonds Chicago. We were attended by Ray and Mrs.Carly who were great. It started off with a brief explanation on what actually goes into making a ring, and why they cost so much. We were then taken on what I consider to be the most informative diamond class on the planet, I felt as if I were a certified gemologist by the time we left the store. We were shown the difference in color,clarity, and carat weight. Ray who had been nothing less than outstanding, actually helped us hand pick all of our diamonds, which i thought was very unique. After an hour or so we finally came down to the moment of truth, how much is all of this going to cost me. Mrs.Carly came over and put my mind at ease. Ray had done such an amazing job finding out what we wanted, and where we wanted to be as far as a budget, that by the time everything was said and done we actually came out spending 200$ under budget, yay!! I am so happy with our purchase from Diamonds Chicago that I know I will be a repeat customer. I cant wait to go back.
