Review content:
Record Head was a good customer of ours for many years. We installed a few pieces of new equipment for several addresses that this customer operates. We have serviced his old systems that are in excess of 40 years old. We have made many recommendations for improvements and maintenance, all of which have been "Band-aided" by the customer. The truth is the customer just never wanted to put any money into a system if he didn't absolutely have to. We have responded to his claims through the Better Business Bureau and he has never responded to any of our overtures. I am convinced he was fed untruths about our company and his equipment by a competitor and for some reason has not seen fit to want to remedy the situation through cooperation. We have never had a problem like this in over 23 years in business.
