Review content:
My son is a Senior of 2008, and today was his prom, he went early yesterday to get his tux because of the school schedule due to last years tornadoe. Unfortunately, they made him wait until 2pm or after and school was still in session, so he went around 5pm the shop closes at 6pm. And to his surprise they ordered the wrong tux, nothing at all like he ordered so they had to grab whatever they had in stock which wasn't nothing. Because of thier mistake the pants were way to big the jacket was not fitted so it looked terrible, and he voiced his concerns to the sales woman who assured him that the style of that particular tux was supposed to look like that. Today when he got ready for prom we realized how terrible it was and we called the shop, the woman who was working was completely rude and actually screamed at us on the phone because we were not happy, and then she hung up on us offering no solution. The pants were so big that at the dance he used saftey pins to pin his pants to his vests because his pants kept falling off when he danced, he was so aggrevated and embarrassed because of his pants falling down. Unfortunately, by trying to keep our bussiness local and using Andrews Bridal located on Main Street in Enterprise, it ruined his night his ONLY PROM, he ended up leaving two hours early not only did it ruin one of the biggest moments in his high school years one that is looked at as The Last Blast, it also ruined his dates night as well. Not to mention we paid almost $200 just for the Tux alone. They should be ashamed of themselves. So if I were you I would think twice about using them for anything ever.
Pros: It was close to home
Cons: They are the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life and ruined my sons Prom forever!
