I always have a delightful visit when I come to the office everyone is so friendly and you never have a long wait when you sign in. Everyone is very professional and I also like that they know there customers by name. I have tried going to a dental provider on my insurance to save money but I came back to Advanced Dental because I missed the customer service they provided and how they have always made me feel like they were concerned about me as a patient. My children also enjoy there visits which really says alot as most children don't enjoy going to the dentist. I have been bringing my children to the office since they were small so they are very comfortable with the staff which is reassuring for me as a parent. Thanks for keeping such a family oriented business and providing Excellent Customer Service to your patients.
