Businiess name:  Nuevo Acapulco Mexican Rstrnt
Review by:  Dionne W.
Review content:
Nuevo Acapulco is always busy. Come on a Friday night, or on the weekend, and you will wait for a table, and sometimes for a very long time. Forget about waiting in the bar - unless you feel like elbowing your way through the crowd, it ain't happening. Parking can be a nightmare too - the restaurant's lot tends to fill up quickly. Depending on the time of day, you can usually park in the lots of the closed stores around Neuvo. The reason for the crowd is that the food is that good. Rumor has it a lot of Cleveland Indians players come here with their families. I've personally never had a sighting, but hey, anything is possible. I have however seen the tequila sample people walking around, and they've made several stops to my table on more than one occasion. The margaritas are outstanding. Nuevo makes its own mix, and apparently, the restaurant goes through insane quantities of it on a busy evening. The food is outstanding- I've never had a bad dish here. There are the usual Mexican standards, but also some original plates that are worth trying. The dining room is big, open and loud. A great place for a large group for a birthday celebration. If you tell them you have a birthday in your party, the guest of honor gets to wear a sombrero and get a photo taken. The sombrero I swear weighs 100 pounds - or maybe that was the tequila weighing on me.
