Here is a new ballpark, built so that the Saint Louis Cardinals minor league team could play in Springfield. The field is beautiful and the team isn't bad either.
If you are in Springfield and want to enjoy a night out at the ballpark, this is the place to go. Tickets are not too expensive and the food is your typical ballpark fare.
It's the best you can get if you aren't in a major league city, and it's worth going once, if not a few times.
