Are zero stars possible? Guess not, but that may be too high...
Used to be a reliable honest company. Oh how things have changed. Was referred word of mouth a few years back for a separate laptop with great results. That was when it was "Richmond Computer Guy." Where did he go? What is there now cannot even give a straight answer after a month. Still don't have the computer back and not sure I ever will.
2 things to remember...add a few weeks (months) to the time they say, and NEVER pay upfront! You've been warned!
