Review content:
Old, a bit run down and nothing too special about the menu. Southwell's has been a Palatka establishment for 40+ years and used to be a pretty nice place to dine. It's about par now and fine if you aren't expecting anything 'special'. The menu slants toward southern food and while they still draw the crowds, I fear it's mostly out of habit and lack of competition in this small city. Right off of highway 17. Easy in and out with plenty of parking.
