Review content:
The range and diversity of featured poets provides "something for everyone." Sometimes the readings are funny, sometimes serious, often healing. An "open reading" follows the featured poet. Attendees have the opportunity to try one or two of their own poems before a live audience.
The Sacramento Poetry Center provides programs that bring interesting people together. The work is usually entertaining, and often feeds the soul.
