I found AVL Moving Systems on the Google search under the cross country movers and had not only the best move but the most affordable move.My wife being a pharmaceutical rep had a choice of states to move to and chose Montana as our "final" destination in September.Her company was paying for our relocation up to $7,500.00 would be reimbursed to us after the move was completed. We had 3 companies come to our home in Alabama to do walk through visual in home estimates.They all seemed very professional and quoted us on the same weight give or take a few pounds. All of them were in excess of $8,000.00 the highest being $9,150.00 from Other Van Lines which was not too bad considering we figured we would have to come out of pocket for some of the move because we were moving out of a full 3 bedroom home and wanted the movers to do 95% of the packing.A colleague of mine had used movers before on this website and told me about it and the moving company that he had used we could not find so we called a few from this website and had a few over the phone estimates and really liked the quote and conversation that we had with Eric concerning our move.He mapped out everything for us and when all was said and done, the quote was almost $2,000.00 LESS than the in home estimates. After many days of thinking and talking about it we decided to schedule our move with AVL Moving and had our date set and signed our contracts and with the exception of a few minor bumps along the way the move turned out to be excellent. Our price wound up being less than quoted, only by $200.00 or so but its better than being higher and the guys were very upbeat and professional throughout.If you are looking for an honest and professional company, we would suggest trying AVL Moving Systems.
