The 3 guys from AVL arrived 15 mins early to take a look at the apartment, prepare an estimate, prepare an inventory of my furniture and boxes, and write up all the paperwork. They explained every detail and were extremely professional and respectful of me and my crap; always calling me Mr. or Sir. (While I don't expect people to do that and would rather they call me by my first name it's better than "HEY" like those hungry students). The day of my move happened to be a street sweeping day,they didn't mind, and repeatedly moved the truck without a fuss.Even though 1 of the 3 guys remained down at the truck the whole time, they had my entire apartment loaded onto the truck in 45mins and unloaded at my new home in 35mins.At each point when the clock was stopped and started or during double time for driving I was asked for the time; there was no way for them to cheat me on the length of time...it would be impossible to add an additional 15mins here or there because I was giving them the time throughout the trip. I knew exactly what they were charging me and it was accurate.AVL has a 3-hour minimum which was all I had to pay; they moved me in less than 3 hours.None of the furniture was damaged and every article found its way over to my new home.This was the best move I ever had.Thanks to this company AVL Moving Systems.
