Review content:
That was by far the longest vision appointment I have ever had. The front desk staff were great, but the assistant who evaluated my vision initially had a lot of difficulty with figuring out which program to select, then I was re-seated in the lobby and waited another 30-45 minutes before the optometrist saw me. He was very rushed. When I asked what my copay would be for a contact lens exam the question was ignored and he proceeded to recommend contacts; when I spoke with the person at the end, she told me the contact exam would be $60- I was never told it would be $60 and did not agree with that. Additionally, the glasses were extremely overpriced. I could not afford even the cheapest glasses, and I have very good coverage. Instead of getting glasses or contacts, I left the office paying my copay and getting a copy of my prescription to take elsewhere.
