The doctors here are excellent. They are professional, courteous, and helpful. The support staff is definitely subpar. When trying to pick out a new pair of frames the woman who was supposed to help me made me feel as if I was wasting her time. When I finally decided on a frame, she was all business with no warmth or courtesy whatsoever. After being told I should receive my glasses in 3-4 weeks, I was given attitude when I inquired about whether my glasses arrived in the 4th week. I was told that they would call me when they arrived. After the 6th week, I finally received a call. When I told them that I was told it would only take 3-4 weeks, that said it was out of their hands and not their fault. Talk about taking care of your customers! I highly recommened avoiding this place if looking to purchase a pair of glasses.
