Review content:
We had a tenant move out and she hired Bok. First of all, they sent men that didn't understand English or Korean. Bok is a Korean company so they should have sent at least one person who spoke Korean who could communicate with the tenant who spoke only Korean. Some things belonged to us and needed to be left behind. This had to be explained over and over again.
Second, they were so clearly inexperienced it wasn't even funny. I wouldn't be surprised if they were day laborers picked off the street for the day. The tenant had a piano so they were supposed to send people who were experienced since they were charging extra. They damaged her furniture and also managed to bust up the door to the apartment.
They also created a dangerous situation by leaning something heavy against a door that could be opened from the other side. Yeah, what a disaster!
