A family owned and operated local business with almost 30 years of experience that has thoroughness, competence, integrity, communication and high standards. I fully endorse and recommend this awesome company!
I called around a few places after our Honda Element was hit, there was pretty substantial front end damage and we knew that it had to be fixed right. I called Hampden Auto Body on a Friday afternoon and was sold, and after speaking with Brian about their procedures and what we needed, not even 2 hours later he had someone to our house and towed our vehicle to his shop.
Thoroughness, when inspecting the vehicle, they were careful to replace everything that needed to be, making sure it's done the correct way. Bonus points: they are Honda certified (one of the few in Denver), and as far as I know they are Acura and recently Mazda certified too. Hampden Auto Body had great communication with me. Brian would keep me updated with their progress with phone calls/emails on a regular basis. I had to sign some paperwork so he suggested I come in, that way I can see their operation and he could explain to me everything they were doing to our vehicle and why it was going to be better than it was before the accident. He knew exactly what needed to be done, with clear explanation and the body shop is clean and organized.
When it was all said and done (on the date he said) I went to pick it up, Brain again, went over everything they did and it looked brand spanking new! Fully detailed. They have a lifetime warranty on all of their work for as long as you own the vehicle and am positive they stand behind 100%. Our Element drives awesome and there isn't any indication that we had ANY major front end damage.
More bonus points: We were having some issues with the insurance company and Brian took care of everything for us. Making our lives easier. If you want to roll the dice with other auto body shops around Denver, go for it. Personally, I'm taking the safe bet. I am recommending Hampden Auto Body to everyone and anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle.
