We brought our 03 e500 to Nelson & he diagnosed a problem that was covered under a "10 yr" extended warranty by mbz.We never would have known about the warranty.He sent us to keyes w/diagnosis & the service rep was amazed that I was there. He commented that alot of shops know about the warranty but would have done the repairs & charged the $2K. I feel comfortable sending my wife by herself. Clean shop, 2nd generation and they get things done @ reasonable costs !
