Review content:
The Applebee's here in Enid is a pretty safe choice no matter when you go out to eat. We've been there on slow weekdays and busy Sunday lunches and have always been met with friendly, courteous staff. The wait times are controlled and food comes out quickly. The only negative thing I can really say is that the selection is limited and management is not very helpful when it comes to menu alterations. My example is that my daughter is a very picky eater. She wanted a grilled cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo. There's no grilled cheese on the menu so we asked if she could have something like the club, but no ham, turkey or bacon. While the sandwich came out good, we were still charged the price of the club ($7.29) and there was not any extra cheese on the sandwich. I was a little disppointed that they wouldn't work with me since I know they could have charged $5 and still made more profit than if we'd gotten the club. I was told they don't decrease prices if you leave meat off the menu item. That is my only complaint- everything else was great
