I first started going to this gym back in the late 80's when it first moved to this location by the airport. I liked the gym so much, I even worked there for over a year afterwards! Back then and now it is still the greatest little gym with the best staff and ownership around. They offer massages, yoga, a whirlpool, cardio, and up to date weight lifting equipment. You will often see the US Ski team training there as it is real close to Northstar. I give a lot of thanks to Mike if he is still there for always keeping the place clean and being close to his members. That gym will always be my preferred work out place while I am up in Tahoe vacationing! \r ""Rocken Ronnie"", Pleasanton, CA. Pros: Whirlpool, BB Hoop in the back, massage, yoga, cardio equipment, free weights, great staff Cons: Could be a bit bigger...but they have expanded since they first opened up!
