I recently rented a car from the Enterprise in Waldorf while my car was being worked on for the day. I sat in their waiting room for an hour waiting on a car. When they finally got one for me it was filthy. I had to wait while they at least vacuumed the inside. The car was filthy on the outside and the inside stunk like cigarettes. It made me sick to my stomach. When I asked the customer service person if they had another one they told me I would have to wait again and they didn't know when one would be ready. I went ahead and took it telling myself it is only for the day. Thank god the dealer called and said my car was done early. When I returned the car they ignored me and were rude to me. I will never rent from them again at this location, and probably not from any of their other locations either . I rent cars all the time for business travel and have never received such poor service or such a horribly filthy car.
