Pat Pfeiffer and his team have been working on my house as a result of damage suffered by Hurricane Irene. Their work has been exceptional. Additionally, they have been honest, trustworthy and extremely hard-working in their efforts to fix everything in a timely fashion. Pat also after completing the contract with me found that the work would not require as much cost as originally thought. He provided a refund of several hundred dollars after he opened up the dry-wall and examined the damage more thoroughly. He could have easily taken the full price of the contract and said nothing and I would have not have been the wiser, but Pat, being the honest man that he is made sure that he refunded the excess funds. He is very personable, friendly and has been simply outstanding in everything, He is also using high quality parts and (doors, windows, etc.) I showed some of the initial work to a friend of mine in the business and he told me that the flooring and doors are of the highest quality. Pat's prices are also very reasonable, so much so that his initial bid was under 3 other local contractors that I had at my home for estimates. If you need a contractor for home service Pat Pfeiffer is your guy!
