I found Naviga to be a valuable and very effective partner for us at KnowledgeStorm. While managing the West Region, I had many resumes to look through, but what made Naviga’s work so beneficial is the time that she invested in learning our business. Yes, they had good candidates for us, but I found them to be more thorough and interested in our long term plan for hires, rather than just the salary range or desired experience. You knew when a Naviga candidate showed up that 1) they were well screened for the job description 2) you would receive almost immediate follow up (and openness to feedback) from Kathleen and her team. The thorough, professional, and fair approach to placement and recruiting set them apart from the other recruiters that we frankly didn't even use. Naviga was trusted and remains a good resource to this day.
