Review content:
I have had a lot of experience with traditional counseling. Desert Gardens offers by far and away the most effective counseling I have ever experienced. Instead of treating what is on top, Desert Gardens goes to the roots of the problems. I discovered childhood connections and issues that were the foundation of some of my adult issues. Once discovered, I could actively work on healing these issues. The results have been astounding. While traditional therapy may focus on (among others) important issues of self-esteem and boundries, its focus is to take us as we are and put the best face on it. Desert Gardens also believes in these ideas, but goes so much farther into the origin and healing of our childhood experiences and belief systems. It truly changed my life.
