As always, I am pleased with the results. However, this time I was a bit miffed with how long it took to get the car back. I dropped off the car Wednesday, 15 April and informed that there was no rush as I was on vacation for the next week and a 1/2. I did not expect to receive a voice mail 8 days later finally letting me know what needed to be worked on. I checked for messages earlier in the week but let a couple of days go by before checking on Friday evening. By then it was too late to approve work and get parts ordered and due to the length in order time for the unique part, I was not able to pick up my car until Thursday evening on the 28th - 15 Days after dropping off the car. With only 1 car available and 2 working parents, along with an infant in day care and a 2nd grader who needed to be picked up from the bus stop, my wife and I had to use vacation time to make ends meet. You are still my guys but I felt I had to vent a bit. Bob Tate
