If you plan to do your hardwood floors or anything where you're paying out of pocket, be very very careful dealing with this company. They will throw in 'hidden" charges and items that were not included on the estimate at the time of final billing. For me, after completing the job, they added a charge to repair some concrete, only problem was, they didnt use any extra materials, they REFUSED to tell me what "repairs" they did to the area, all they did was show me pictures of the area BEFORE repair. When I mentioned the damage could likely have been done while they were removing the floors, their rep, Mr. Benson replied and said that it wasnt their problem how the damage occurred and they were charging me for it anyway. Very very irresponsible and when things go bad, they'll shut the door in your face. Since then, I've been unable to contact them or get a response on what was repaired or get an itemization for the additional 200 dollars that they charged me. Also, they did not install the floors in the same condition that it was previously installed. The floors are bumpy and are not flat as they were. Not to mention the wood they supplied (and they said it was very good wood) was really sub-par. Extremely thin compared to the quality of my last set, which was deemed pretty low quality already. The floors they will install will scratch and mar easily, so they won't last you nearly as long as they claim it will, unless you dont mind having floors that are completely scratched, dented and looking very old and worn out within a year or 2. They will APPEAR to be NICE and ACCOMODATING, but when it comes to paying the bills, they will start LYING and their attitudes will go south very quickly. If you do choose to do business with them, good luck, but I wouldnt recommend it. I would opt to have a large company do it or buy flooring from home depot and contract one of their teams. A large company will take responsibility, these guys will not.
