I hired Hi Definition to sod my yard. The grass never grew and I ended up having to take them to court to obtain a judgment to resolve the matter. Hi Definition did not comply with the judgment so I had to take further legal action. They finally committed to refund my money as directed by the court and even signed a promissory note. To date I have received only a small portion of the money they legally owe me. They offer a warranty but it is obviously not any good. The Better Business Bureau, which they are not a member (it is obvious why), rates them an "F" due to the complaints they have received. Hire at your own risk!
Also noteworthy is that I received a phone call from the owner of this business after he read this review. He informed me that he would begin making payments to settle his obligation. That was 3+ weeks ago and I have yet to see a dime.
