I recently found Kim at Identity Salon after looking for a new Redken Salon in the area , but then followed her to Anna Belle's. I initially made the appointment for my usual root retouch but, after a lengthy consultation with Kim we both decided that highlights were the way to go! Kim did not disappoint! My highlights were right up to the scalp and my roots were covered! The best part is, with my hair now being highlighted I no longer have to get my roots touched up every three weeks and can now go 8 weeks! Thanks Kim!
