Review content:
I am a florist who needed to place an order for funeral flowers for one of my customers. Since we are not local, I decided to do a little research of my own before placing an order. Having read over the reviews of all of the florists that serve the Livonia area I chose All About Flowers based on a few important key points in the reviews. The reviews, nor the shop let me down as I placed the order. The staff was caring and sympathetic to the needs of my customer and worked with her budget to create an arrangement that was mindful of the recipient and their family, yet was cost effective and pleasing to the customer. The staff was quick to follow up with us and offered great customer service beyond the initial order. I myself will keep this shop on my list of New York Florists who I intend to do business with in the future.
