Review content:
What a fun discovery this place is! It's open by appointment or as part of the Placer vineyard tour. I had no idea a winery was just 10 minutes from home! We went as part of the Placer County vineyard tour. The owners and staff were so incredibly friendly that we didn't want to go anywhere else. Neither did anyone else and it was a big party towards the end of the day! As far as the wine goes, it was okay... "a litle young" was how someone described it. Tastings were plentiful and we got to experience 6-7 different varieties. The "venom" rose was our favorite. The friendly atmosphere resulted in us buying a case! If you catch it at the perfect temperature it is a refreshing summer wine, but if it's too warm or chilled too much, it's not so good. We look forward to the next vineyard tour and more discoveries!
