I can't even give this company one star they have been a horrendous experience from the start. The pool was supposed to take a few days to put in (semi in ground) it ended up taking a full week...yes a full week!
The came and made the hole for the pool and put it up and gave me a hard time about coming back every day to put the dirt back...and take the dirt away. On top of that the hole for the light was leaking I wasn't given the proper tool that I was supposed to be given so when the pool guy came to teach me how to clean the pool he had to come back because I was missing what was needed.
Because of this headache bruce advised the pool guy he would waive the last $200.00 we owed. Now here we are ready to close the pool and Bruce refuses to close the pool since he wants $200.00 to close it all the while admitting he waives the charge ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? He does a good job to make you think he is a decent human being but don't let him fool you he has been nothing but a headache. The only time he would return my calls was to discuss money NEVER to take care of the issues I had. Again as I said don't deal with these people and check the web there are other nightmare stories that I choose to ignore thinking he would do the right thing but I was fooled.
