Review content:
This place needs to clean up their act. Although they have quality treatments and services, I would not recommend it. My appointment was at 3:30, but because they were running behind schedule they did not serve me until 4:45! I usually dont have ten minutes to waist much less an hour and fifteen minutes - but my schedule was packed for the next week and i needed to release my stress. Several times I went up to the receptionist and reminded them I was still waiting and my appointment was at 3:30 and they would just continue to say that my lady was just finishing up with another client. If they continue this way they will certainly not have repeat customers. Also, this place has poor signage. I have lived off of Silver Lake Road for 20yrs and never knew it was there. I only discovered it when i waslookingthroughtheyellowpages.
Pros: Quality, Good Parking
Cons: Poor Signage!, Long Wait!
