Create your own pasta dish for $5.99... or your own salad! We were so excited to have discovered this place and are now going weekly. It struggled a bit when it first opened -- roasted peppers that weren't roasted, regular tomatoes in place of sun-dried, watery sauce (why did we keep going back???), but they seem to have found their groove now. Last visit, I had rigatoni w/ spicy tomato sauce, spinach, olives, and sun-dried tomato -- it was excellent! They also offer paninis and various non-create your own pasta dishes. Staff has also started coming around to tables to see how everyone is doing. Glad to see this restaurant hitting it's stride!
