Review content:
Took my car in again for an oil change, as I had done 3 months prior, and some minor work, the place is convenient and shuttle service prompt. I had started to have suspicions about some of the work and some of their recommendations. I never expected them to call and tell me the threads on the oil pan were stripped and a new oil pan would cost $800. I reminded them their shop was the one who had done the previous oil change. The explanation was that as the oil pan heats and expands, then cools and contracts it wears on the bolt and threads. If Chrysler engineers have not taken the expansion and contraction into account when designing the car, I would stay away from Chryslers. If they have taken it into account, then I'd stay away from Carl Burger. Heck, just stay away from Chrysler AND Carl Burger!
