Freking & Betz has been very helpful every step of the way in my case. Mark Napier in particular was very competent and diligent. As you know, one of the most frequent complaints of lawyers is that once the attorney signs you up, you don't hear from them for a long time. But Mark was always available and updated me frequently with all court filings. There was not a week that went by without some form of communications, either by phone, email or mail, with them.
