Review content:
Everything was geared toward an upsale of services not covered by insurance. They refused to do ANY work on my teeth until I got a $900.00... Yes.. NINE HUNDRED DOLLAR deep cleaning. When I grimaced at the price, they offered me several CREDIT applications so that I could put it on a payment plan. I can't believe that people need payment plans for teeth cleaning.
Example of the hard upsale... "Your teeth look great, but if you don't get the deep cleaning, the bacteria will rot the root, and your teeth will crack apart. Schedule it soon before more damage occurs." (Oh by the way, its not covered by insurance, but we have a payment plan.)
Also, the front desk had 3 people that were clueless on procedures, prices or schedules... unless it was a cosmetic service, which they will accept you (and your MONEY) on the spot.
I went down to a Castle Dental, scheduled a deep clean for $200, and found a staff person that could help me with price, procedure, and schedule. AMAZING... all in one person.
