This is one of two Pieratts stores in Lexington. Althought the other store seems larger and has more convenient parking, I prefer this store because of the knowledgeable and helpful staff. On a recent trip, I was searching for a dorm refrigerator for my daughter. After visiting every appliance store in Lexington, I found that Pieratts had the best selection and service. They were willing to price match a price I had seen at Best Buy and had discounted slightly damaged dorm refrigerators to make them good deals. The price for delivery was a little higher than competitors, but the refrigerator fit in my car, so I ended up not needing delivery. The employees seemed better educated about the appliances than at other stores. Both Pieratts also offer freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, which helps make appliance shopping more enjoyable!
