Review content:
Well lets put it this way, I called 3 companies and I did not pick Allen And Sons first. I purchased my Samsung refrigerator from Lowes in Jun of 2010. The first company that came out (will remain nameless) charged me $65 for an estimate on a timer which was over $200 and told me my unit was under warranty and they cannot service it (which I did not realize, but I am still upset I had to pay for that piece of information). I called Samsung directly this time and they said there is only one service company authorized to work on their units and it was Allen and Sons. The tech I think Dan came out on time the same day very polite and explained in detail what was the issue. He had the part in stock. It was not even the timer. An hour later I had my fridge running. Best part (no pun intended) was that it did not cost me a penny, since all was covered under warranty.
