Review content:
This was the WORST spa experience I've EVER had, so much so that I'm taking the time to write my first review ever. I would not give it one star but had to rate it to publish...It was so bad I didn't even stay for the service booked. I was skeptical when I walked in and with no intro or offer of lockers, bathrobe, etc. was escorted to a room and told my therapist would arrive shortly. I had two services booked and all I could think was that they expected me to walk naked from one room to the next. There was nothing in the massage room but a bed, typically you'll see aromatherapy oils, towels and a room that feels clean and relaxing. Not even close at this spa.I finally asked for a robe which they delivered but the event that made me run out the door was the large unidentifiable bug that crawled across the massage bed I was allegedly supposed to lie on. Exit stage right....would never go back, would never recommend and would suggest that the state close it down.
