I was saved in this church.. The pastor is very good and is young. He can relate well to the youth, and their youth programs in this church is astounding!! They have chearleading, football, and Awana, and summer programs. They are always doing things with the kids. Church is never boring and the fellowship is very nice.
This is not your typical Baptist church. If you are expecting the old time hymns, this probably is not the place for you. The music is up beat and geared toward the young, with electric guitars, drums, and singing.
The church itself is huge!! It is out of town, and surprising to find the amount of people in this church. They also have a huge recreational, basketball area for the kids. It is such a nice place.
During sunday school if you have a we tike, they will be happy to provide sitting for your little one. To feel extra comfortable they will assign you to a beeper so if your child is in need of anything, you can be buzzed and you can immediately come for your child.
One a week they hold dinners for fellowship. It is very nice. What i enjoyed the most is the music and how it is geared towards the kids. It was a very unique experience for us.
